After graduating from The University of Texas Joe Bob began his career in the banking industry and in 1993 he moved into the mortgage industry and opened Advantage One Mortgage. Over the next 25 years Joe Bob has been a part of the incredible growth of Austin working hand in hand with lenders and real estate agents to find the best possible loan for each client. Joe Bob and his team have helped over 6,000 families and have closed over a billion dollars in loans. Advantage One Mortgage recently moved to Cedar Park in January of 2016.
